Artistic Finishes, Inc. most recently completed its largest commercial job to date.  The Park West Gallery Building in North Miami measure over 110,000 Sq. ft. of exterior wall space.

We started the job during late December by pressure cleaning the building.  We used a 60 foot Sunbelt boom lift to help with the challenge of reaching the 45 ft. tall walls.  Next we sealed the building with Benjamin Moore’s Masonry Conditioner.  Then patched any texture that needed repair followed by a finish coat of Mystic Beige flat paint by Benjamin Moore.  The railings were finished in a low lustre Arizona Tan color, and we accented the doors with Peanut Shell.

It was a great challenge and the crew was successful in completing it on schedule.
